Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn or unused

With tags and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

When emailing us, please include:

A brief reason for the return (this helps us improve our products and service)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom products (e.g., personalized or made-to-order items)

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The best way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
